I have had several check-ups this month...this is me at the dentist. Everyone loved my teeth brushing song, and I even sat in a big boy chair while my teeth were cleaned!
The good news is, my teeth look great! The bad news is, I went in for an eye exam and my doctor is concerned about the amount of divergence (think wall eye) that is present in my left eye. He even talked about redoing surgery! I don't think my parents will agree to that, so we are doubling my home eye exercises (can't you hear the excitement in my voice?).
A couple of things happen when you are one of two boys at a girl's Little Mermaid themed birthday party...1) You wear a Little Mermaid crown like it's your job and 2) You raid her brother's closet to find cool toys. This Elmo camera was my favorite!
I have been spending a lot of time in the pool lately. Between the Community Center and our friends' house, I am a little fish. My parents bought me a life jacket so I can have a bit more independence in the pool and I LOVE IT! I start swimming lessons next week, so hopefully I won't need it for long, but for now it allows me to motor around pretty nicely.
Here I am at Music in May, a program put on by the community of Anthem. I love throwing down a blanket and listening to a Beetles cover band on a Friday night.
I have had several date offers since dancing in public!
This is the best Mother's Day picture we could get...after about 50 shots. I was not into posing that day, smiling, or looking at the camera. Mom said that was fine, she was getting
really tired holding all 42 pounds of me!
The past few weeks I have been "pretty sassy" according to my Mom. I am a bit on the bossy side, I will admit, but I am the center of the universe, so what do they expect? When my parents aren't springing into action like I want them to, I just give them this disgusted look.
My Grandma Nessan has specifically asked for another video showing exactly how smart I am. I think this sums it up nicely. Grandma Nessan, this is for you!
Well, I better run. My Grandma Jane is here and we have lots of playing to do. Plus, it will be 110 degrees here soon, so I need to spend as much time as I possibly can outside! Happy Memorial Day :)
