A Broken Heart...

Hello :)  It has been a good week here in Phoenix, despite the heat.  Dad is traveling, so Mom and I have been exploring what Anthem has to offer (in between cleaning and car watching, of course).  Mom was none too happy with me this afternoon, she was picking up my toys and caught me in the pantry eating Oly's dog biscuits.  They taste so good!  It wasn't too hard to figure out how to open his treat jar, I watch Mom do it all the time.  Anyway, I didn't have to go to timeout so it must be pretty low on the "naughty scale."

I am very excited for my Grandma Jane to come this weekend!  She (along with my Aunt Erika) will be taking care of me while my parents are in Mexico for Aunt Melany and Uncle Torry's wedding!  It will be tough not having my parents around, but I have already devised a plan to get out of doing my program and stay up a little later:)

Getting ready for Grandma and Aunt Erika's arrival!

This is the platform swing we have in our house...I absolutely love to play
music and make my parents push me!

The real story this week is a bit sad...I had my eye on a 15 month old strawberry blond named Nora at the Splashpad, I tried to hold her hand twice and kiss her on the lips...she slapped me in the face.  Here I am before I was rejected...

I guess I am an emotional eater...but frankly, Nora was no match for dried pineapple.  Ladies, I'll be at the Splashpad at least once a week this whole summer :)

Oh Vinny, none of us like rejection... Keep your chin up. Pineapple is much easier to deal with. It doesn't talk back or give you any grief...and you get some love from eating it. Stick with the pineapple for now. Chicks will be all over you soon enough. Love you bunches.
